His first adult work, was a small version of a football field with players made from horse shoe nails.\nJohnny's subjects range from cowboys and rodeo riders, and kangaroos, to pack camels and riders to motorbikes. Figurines are\nconstructed from recycled copper wire, wound tightly together, then are dressed with salvaged material and painted.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003ch2\u003eART CENTRE\u003c\/h2\u003eKeringke Art Centre is situated in the community of Ltyentye Apurte in the Central Australian region of the Northern Territory.\n\nThe community was named for the stand of bloodwood trees that grow at the foot of hills to the west. Keringke Arts was named after an important and ancient rock-hole nearby that was formed when an ancestor Kangaroo travelled through the country.
