Clap sticks are a percussion instrument. They are made of various woods and decorated with burnt wire markings or paintings.

Wayne Pellagreen is a Palawa / Pakana man of Lutruwite (Tasmania) now living and working on Larrakia country. Working initially with canvas from 2018, Wayne now works with carvings and ochre, making beautiful clapping sticks.
