We have a 10-business-day return policy, which means you have 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are available for a full refund less postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
To start a return, email us at email@example.com requesting a return and your reason.
We will email you instructions for the return of your specific item.

Shipping and postage will need to be paid by you and the item must be returned to us in the same manner it was delivered to you.
Late returns will only be accepted at the discretion of Laundry Gallery Pty Ltd.

Items purchased instore are available for return for a full refund within 5 business days of purchase.
Items purchased that are part of an exhibition cannot be returned or refunded.
We accept no liability if the item delivered had no insurance covering for loss.
Postage prices for items that cannot go through AusPost will always have insurance included in the price to cover for loss or damage due to the value of the item.
Please contact us immediately with photos emailed to email@example.com if your item was delivered by registered post or courier and the price of the delivery covered insurance.
